Larry Casey

Lawrence W. Casey (Larry) is a Florida-based attorney, currently inactive in the New York and Washington DC Bars.  His career profile includes; law, management experience in the Federal Government and the Congress, State government, Non- Profit management, political management, and as an entrepreneur in the private sector. Currently he specializes in public affairs, public policy matters, government relations, business development, public/private partnerships, and domestic and international business, His has a wide range of global interests and personal relationships in the United States and in international business/ government communities, Mr. Casey has had successful business efforts in dozens of countries with a 35 year long special focus in the China, Taiwan and Japanese markets. He has travelled on business to over 80 countries and has an extensive professional network of decision makers, government and financial leaders around the globe. Mr. Casey has engaged in a number of international entrepreneurial exporting endeavors in the automotive, building materials, sports, health, real estate, education, financial consumer markets, and also immigration matters. Most recently, with Steeda Perfomance Vehicles, he has successfully concluded a deal using Ford Motor Company Vehicles, modified and produced by a leading Florida/Georgia/Michigan after-market automobile company and created a joint venture with a Chinese company, one of top twenty Mega companies in China. These Modified Ford vehicles will be sold in a new 45+ dealer network in China under a unique brand.  It is expected to produce over one billion dollars in foreign exports to China in by 2017.

Mr. Casey's Federal service includes; the US Congress, senior executive management appointed positions in the Reagan, George H.W. Bush, and George W. Bush Presidential administrations and as an attorney with the Securities and Exchange Commission.  He carried out appropriate diplomatic roles and has had high security clearances. Additionally, he has served in Tallahassee, Florida as a legislative aide in the Florida House of Representatives. Locally, in Florida, he served as CEO of the Palm Beach-Treasure Coast Regional Red Cross in Florida, with a population base of almost 2 million people and over 3,000 volunteers and it received a national award under his leadership.

In his 14+ year senior staff responsibility in Congress on Capitol Hill, in Washington DC, he worked with members of the U.S. House of Representatives and the U.S. Senate. He served as Chief of Staff to two Members of Congress; the Hon. George Wortley and Hon. Mike Forbes, both of New York, Counsel to the Hon. Jack Kemp also of New York and on the staff of The Hon. Hamilton Fish and Senator. John Chafee of Rhode Island.  Later he served as Counsel and a District office leader to Rep. Clay Shaw of Florida.  In those capacities, and in private sector, he worked closely with the Appropriations, Ways and Means, Judiciary, Banking &'Housing, Ethics, Foreign Affairs, He also has close relationships with the Intelligence and Homeland Security Committees and was Executive Director of a bi-partisan Coalition of 26 US Senators.

In the Executive Branch, Mr. Casey’ was appointed by Presidents Ronald Reagan, George H.W. Bush and George W. Bush to senior posts in the Departments of Commerce, Agriculture, and Labor. His last posting in 2007-2008 was as Associate Deputy under Secretary of Labor for International Affairs. In that capacity, he helped Shepard a program that rescued a million children around the world from horrific forms of abusive child labor practices. The afflicted children were then placed into education programs. He has also been a regulatory and oversight attorney the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in the Division of Market Regulation.

In the private sector, Mr. Casey has been an entrepreneur and worked as an international businessman and public affairs/political strategist. He founded a firm, McCary & Rood Inc. in North Palm Beach, Florida as one of three partners, and had affiliated offices in Las Vegas, New York, Washington, and Shanghai, China. The firm specialized in initiating joint ventures, business enterprises domestically and strategic alliances in the Asian market, Mr. Casey with the firm represented and advised leaders of certain foreign nations on international policy matters. In Florida, he was retained by the Japanese Consulate in Miami as its regional representative on special projects.

Mr. Casey also founded the Global Intelligence Network a company based in Las Vegas, Nevada, specializing in confidential private international business intelligence research including corporate due diligence, business development, and global strategic alliances. Clients in this sector were mostly in the gaming industry who availed themselves of our network of retired intelligence professionals from 22 countries.

Currently, he is an independent consultant focused on serving clients centering the Asia and the South American Hemisphere. In the Asian market, clients include an American after-market company, exporting thousands of new specialty modified American cars and trucks to China and Japan. Further areas include establishing automobile race tracks, exporting petroleum, water technology, education, ocean and land detoxification products, consumer on line and shelf space items, and internet products to China and Japan. In addition, Mr. Casey has his personal network in excess of $50 million of Chinese investment funding sources to supply and support US construction projects seeking immigration EB-5 strategies,  Heand his Chinese-American partner also have a a personal representation agreementwith one Chinese Province that is larger than the State of California.

Mr. Casey also consults closely with Kevin McGovern of the Water Initiative Project that brings point of delivery clean water to individual homes in countries with impure or perceived contaminated water.  It has an exclusive business relationship with the government of Mexico and other Latin American nations. Casey had been for many served as Of Counsel to Mr. McGovern's law firm in Greenwich, Connecticut and New York City.

In the Non-profit and event industry,  Mr. Casey, former CEO at the Palm Beach-Treasure Coast Regional Red Cross oversaw the fund raising and expenditures of an annual $5 + million budget, serving 2 million people, three thousand volunteers and a large professional staff over a 7 County region. It included the world class fund raiser, the Palm Beach International Red Cross Ball that raised over $1 millionon one event with extremely low overhead, achieved through creative management.

With more than 35 years in business, public policy, and government, Mr. Casey has also achieved success as a political consultant/campaign manager in dozens of federal and state primary and general elections in New York and Florida. Casey has also had key roles at 7 Republican National Conventions since 1968 at a very early age. He has an elections winning record of campaign management and as a top consultant that exceeds 90%

He has personally traveled to more than 80 countries on official and private business matters. He has a working knowledge- not fluency-- of five European and Asian languages and has delivered hundreds of public speeches on topics ranging from international business and intelligence matters, to politics, public policy, China, and government relations. Mr. Casey is a public affairs/ public relations expert and has appeared often in print and talk radio. He has been published in many newspapers, and has worked and been credited on non- fiction and Professional books with his late uncle, William J. Casey, former Reagan political campaign manager, and past Director of Central Intelligence Agency, and president of Export Import Bank. He worked with Director Casey in political campaigns, and in the non- government sector.

He Chaired the International Committee for 6 years at the Governor's Club of the Palm Beaches, bringing 23 Miami Consul Generals for business dinners on an annual basis, was a member of the World Trade Center Advisory Council, and has lectured at Florida Atlantic University and Stetson Law School on international business customs law and courtesies. He also sat on various Boards, and has made numerous guest appearances on nationally syndicated talk shows.

Mr. Casey, is a graduate of Alfred University and St. John’s University School of Law, an inactive Member of the New York and District Of Columbia Bars and resides in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.

Harold Ha (Kong Sang Ha)

Harold Ha's family has a rich family heritage in China in Jiangxi  Province.  He was born into this family, raised in Hong Kong, and educated in Taiwan.  After college graduation with a degree in a civil engineering, he strongly believed in striking out on his own and established his own business at the ground floor with a push cart business making his own casts and selling his jewelry in Hong Kong.  Later as this business grew exponentially, and he saved enough money he moved to America, and with only a few dollars in his pocket he founded Harold's Jewelry in New York City. Mr. Ha became the largest Chinese-American owned Jewelry manufacturer in the world, The business, located next to Macy's employed over 100 craftsmen became  the Number one supplier to all Macy's, Montgomery Ward, Zales, and dozens of other major retailers across America.  He applied his civil engineering background to  design, engineer and build unique and efficient  foundry, casts and jewelry equipment for mass production.  Lisa, his wife, designed signature jewelry items that got worldwide recognition for their simple yet elegant designs.  His casting machine designs captured the attention of other jewelry manufacturers, and soon he was building and selling these machines in the U.S. and China. He also opened the first high end jewelry store on Canal Street in Chinatown in Manhattan. Mr. Ha has always been active as a community leader, and with Asian charities abroad leading to recognition for his business and philanthropic work, Mr. Ha has been listed in Cranes New York as among the top 100 business leaders in New York.

Due to his leadership in the Chinese community in NY and the In the US, he became a bridge builder and  key American liaison to his personal network in Hong Kong, Taiwan and  Chinese Government and business  leaders  over the last 45 years.  Mr. Ha, with dual citizenship  in America and Taiwan for more than 40 years has been member of the Taiwan Olympic Committee-- and a coach of its Olympic Ski team.

Mr. Ha was among the very first Americans to enter China and do business there after China opened up to the world in the latter part of the 20th century. In China, he has built close relationships at the highest level of national, provincial and municipal leaders and its business infrastructure, This bond was established when he helped them personally and assisted them and their families in the early stages of their careers, and followed their careers into their present leadership posts. In some parts of China, like the Province of Jiangxi, his home province he is considered their principal advisor in the United States. In Taiwan and in Hong Kong, because  of his network and personal alliances it is a similar story.  Often when China or Taiwan business or government leaders travel to the United States or need special advice or networking, they contact him first as they arrange their trips and seek his advice on their missions.

Since 1982, Mr. Ha and Larry Casey have worked together in Hong Kong, Taiwan,  China and Japan under the name of Sunrise Holding Co Steeda Performance Vehicles, and Global Business Partners.    They have established a number of Asian joint ventures in the automobile industry, sports equipment, bowling centers, real estate,  textile factories, petroleum detoxification, and many others. Currently the team is working both in China and Japan with well known Asian leadership companies to build and export and market modified new premium cars and trucks through a large dealer network established in both countries..

Mr. Ha lives in New York City, married to his wife Lisa, , a renowned Jewelry designer, and three children, working for Yale university, the United Nations, and Internet publications.

 

Bob Adams

Bob Adams is a senior automotive executive, entrepreneur, and strategic advisor with more than four decades of experience spanning global marketing, product strategy, finance, and high-performance vehicle development. He spent 31 years at Ford Motor Company, where he held a series of progressively senior leadership roles across Finance, Sales & Marketing, and Global Marketing.

During his tenure at Ford, Bob worked extensively with executive leadership and cross-functional teams throughout the organization, including Global Marketing, Corporate Design, Product Development, Powertrain Engineering, Sales and Distribution, Planning, Purchasing, and Information Technology. His responsibilities required deep collaboration with Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers worldwide, giving him firsthand experience evaluating best-in-class partners, operational excellence, and industry best practices at a global scale.

In his Global Marketing roles, Bob also worked closely with the leadership teams of Aston Martin, Jaguar, Land Rover, Volvo, and Mazda during periods when those brands were part of Ford’s global portfolio. Following his retirement from Ford Motor Company, and at the request of a Ford family member, Bob was retained as a consultant and continues to support Ford in an advisory capacity, leveraging his institutional knowledge, industry relationships, and strategic insight.

Beyond his corporate career, Bob has been deeply engaged in philanthropic leadership. His work has included significant involvement with organizations such as Henry Ford Hospital Philanthropy, Dream Giveaways, and the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. In recognition of his service, Bob was honored with the National Philanthropy Day Distinguished Volunteer Award, a national acknowledgment of his charitable impact and leadership.

Bob is the Founder and President of Steeda Performance Vehicles, a specialty manufacturer and vehicle program subsidiary of Steeda Autosports, the world’s largest manufacturer and retailer of performance parts for Ford vehicles. Under Bob’s leadership, Steeda Performance Vehicles produces highly engineered, bespoke performance vehicles—including the Steve McQueen Edition Bullitt Mustang, the Steeda Q850 StreetFighter, and Steeda Raptor variants—designed to deliver uncompromising performance, durability, and drivability both on the street and the track.

In addition to his automotive ventures, Bob is the Founder and Chairman of the Bay Harbor Concours d’Elegance and the founder of The Ice Run – Walloon, a winter automotive experience inspired by Europe’s most prestigious concours-style events. These destination events are designed to blend automotive heritage, design, performance, hospitality, and philanthropy, positioning Northern Michigan as a premier global automotive and lifestyle destination.

Bob Adams attended the University of Michigan, Wayne State University, and Lawrence Technological University, graduating with high honors. He holds multiple degrees in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, and Computer Science.

Karen Yang

Karen Yang is a senior international business executive with over 30 years of experience in cross-border technology commercialization, regulatory-compliant market entry, and international public-private collaboration.

She currently serves as Executive Marketing Director at YouFeng Biological Technology Company, where she leads international partnerships and overseas market development initiatives, with a focus on biotechnology and advanced medical innovation platforms.

Karen has substantial experience supporting international enterprises entering the U.S. market, including structuring compliant market-entry strategies, coordinating with U.S. operating and financing partners, and navigating complex regulatory and commercial frameworks. She has handled multi-million-dollar court-supervised acquisitions and restructuring matters involving U.S. public pharmaceutical companies and regulated intellectual property assets, supporting FDA compliance, operational continuity, and the protection of U.S. innovation value.

Her background spans bioremediation and environmental technologies, advanced peptide-based vaccine and immunotherapy platforms, and automotive-adjacent advanced materials and sustainable manufacturing solutions. She has also participated in international technical cooperation projects in Japan.

Karen is a U.S. citizen and has resided in the United States for more than 30 years. She has a formal background in mechanical engineering and holds a Master of Science degree from California State University, Long Beach.
